I do not know about the process for traveling nurses, but for corporate careers. The recruiters are VERY. VERY. VERY. VERY. VERY. VERY. VERY. VERY unprofessional. Do not even waste your time. There is no proper phone screening, scheduling or interviews. VERY questionable HR etiquette.
