      Human Resources Interview

      Jan 6, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cross Country in Jan 2009

      Interview

I was called directly by a VP and told that she had received my resume; invited to come in to interview. It was a pleasant and professional conversation. She and I met on the designated date and time; I was put at ease and made comfortable right away. I would discribe the interview as an appropriate amount of "getting to know you" and "describing the position" . It was very beneficial as i was offered the position at the interview.
