How all interview processes should be. Recruiter emailed a few days after I applied. In the screening call, he explained the next steps clearly. Provided a small salary range and explained the reasoning. Called 2 days later to schedule interview with hiring manager. Called 2 days after that interview to personally tell me I wasn't selected to move forward. No games, no form emails.

Two rounds of virtual interviews. The recruiter was prompt and friendly. The interviews were scheduled about 3-4 days after receiving invitations and lasted about 30 minutes. The current managers who interviewed me were nice enough to stay on and answer my questions at their best.
