Interview
The interview was two 30 minute interviews. The first was mostly conversational and getting to know you. The second interview was more behavioral and situation based questions to see your problem solving ability.

Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.

Explain a difficult concept to someone who is not technical
It began with a screening process with a recruiter, then a 20-30 minute interview with a partner. The interview was pretty laid back and more conversational. My entire interview process was virtual.
