I applied online. I interviewed at Crowe LLP in Oct 2021
Interview
For future aspiring students.
1. You start with an PreRecorded Interview. Should be generic, and try to smile.
2. Received an virtual interview with (1) Recruiting Manager, (1) Partner and (1) Senior Manager. Make an impression and you will be fine.
-Partners often do not ask cookie cutter questions (Tell me about yourself), they ask more on detail about your work experience and what you thought of it.
-Senior Manager would most likely ask the basic questions.
Overall, smooth and easy.

2. Tell me about a time where you had difficulty with a team member.
3. How did you fix the scenario where someone was hard to work with?
4. Tell me a difficult time you experienced in your life.
Easy process and very nice people. Did three total interviews. The recruiting people kept you updated for the process and where you were at and gave a lot of good information. It was a timely process and did not take too long.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I had a referral, and the interviews were behavioral. Nothing technical very technical at least for my experience. The senior managers were chill and the process was quick, only took maybe 45 mins. They let you talk about what you want to showcase.
