I was only asked to tell them about myself. The interviewer asked no other questions and didn't even provide details on the role when I inquired. They said it was "too early" in the stage for them to provide specifics. I have professional colleagues with much less experience that were hired by Crowe previously, but I was not even considered past the first rounds. The only difference between my professional colleagues hired, and myself, were "demographic" in nature, leading me to believe that a racial bias was implicit in their decision to not move forward, let alone seriously consider me. Very disappointed.
