Super chill, didn't feel like an interview. Very conversational and the woman interviewing me was really nice. I had to apply for the leadership program since my graduation date is far down the line.

Typical behavioral questions...tell me about a time you've had to work with a team, tell me about a time you didn't do what was expected of you, strength/weakness...overall pretty easy.
