I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Houston, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
First I submitted my application and got an email back almost the same day telling me they had received it. I next got a call to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. They asked me basic questions about my resume, my career goals, and what I knew about the company. It was in depth and I believe they paid close attention to the phone interview. A week or so later, I had an in person interview with the hiring manager who was enthusiastic and straightforward with me. We talked more specifically about the role in that interview where as the phone interview was more broad. Now that I work here, I see that that's typically the way things go. Interview processes here are pretty quick.
Long interview process. Questions were heavily focused on finance and telecommunications experience. Went through about three rounds of interviews: one phone, one Zoom. And one panel interview. Relatively easy interview process.

Question 1
Was there a time when you worked with little or no direction? (How were you able to get the job done?)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Canonsburg, PA) in Nov 2023
Interview
After I submitted the requested resume on line I was contacted by a third party interview staff who confirmed the details within my submitted resume. It was then that the position was incorrectly posted for another location.
The interview process was simple yet took a long time to go through. The hiring team was nice and they tried their best to make it friendly. The interview itself was average and questions asked were generic.
