I cant say too much. I have been trying to get into Crown for the last decade and have only heard back twice. Of those two times, my experience was great. But, then every time, the job got killed 1 step from the end. Their hiring portal is atrocious and you never hear back from anyone. Its shocking that as large as they are that they can't improve their standards to the 21st century. It's so disappointing because they treat their staff so well.

Easy interview process. Call with recruiter then Teams call with the hiring manager. Got your typical tell me about yourself, your skill sets questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Surprised I didn’t get any STAR questions though.

Interview
Several consecutive rounds of interviews, on-site, with varying levels of the departmental hierarchy -- from individual contributors, to managers, to the department director. In total, it lasted about two hours or so, but the folks were pleasant and it made the time pass much more comfortably.
