Zoom Interview. They bait and switch you which is a huge waste of time. My qualifications are for the Regional Manager Role listed ($75k + bonus) but then they interview you for a starting personal trainer role and want you to start at the bottom ($10/hour + bonus). Absolutely ridiculous.
