Interview was fair and transparent. Very clear and understandable job description. Interview room was a bit small with no windows. Unfortunately, the LIC staff did not require other interviewees to wear a mask when entering the store lobby. I think removing a mask in a pandemic during an interview should not be a criteria to getting a job.
