CubeSmart Self Storage Customer Service interview questions

A phone interview, followed by an in person interview conducted by two people. The two people asked scripted questions. Many of the questions were directed at having had negative experiences in previous jobs. If you did not have many negative experiences with past co-workers or supervisors, it became difficult to move forward with the interview process.
