It was pretty quick thru head hunter. The HR person Mike is very technical and almost explained the work/project and the technical stack. The Tech department got a new leader and on hiring spree, so they are very concerned about negative reviews. I agree with other negative reviews, besides punctuality which was not the issue in my case, but still the way one gets treated at the interview is very rude. I had 2 hours of interview remotely. All my opinions are my personal and observed at the current times. Others might have totally different perspectives, but still I encourage candidates to ask questions about micro management and work life balance if one cares about those aspects. Since the decision maker do not have hands on experience, if one can demonstrate knowledge in old frameworks like IBM, togaf etc. it would help to ace the interview IMO. The positive side is that the company offers top of the line pay rates.
