Cummins Electronic Software Engineer interview questions

Interview was scheduled in the month of June through a Cummins third party recruiter. Recruiter arranged interview successfully after the 2 or 3 days. Technical panel was humble and they asked average as well as few critical practical scenarios. I gone through both the rounds and clear both. After successfully completion of both the rounds HR of Cummins send me the email to send the soft copies of my experience letter, pay slips and blah blah. After this most Pathetical things started after couple of days HR of the Cummins called me and said we got the approval of your offer with X CTC and if you ok with that we will send you the detailed offer letter by EOD. I said ok please proceed I am comfortable with the offer. she explained me the compony rules and regulation as well other policies. I waited till EOD but offer letter didn't come. After 2/3 days when I am trying to reaching the HR she is not lifting my call and texting me i will call you later. I waited for 3/4 days and she didn't call and again i called her to ask she didn't responding and texting me the same thing again. I mailed her also even she don't have time to respond over there. its almost 20 days and she don't have time to respond with proper answer. This is totally FAKE interview that's what I can say.
