Interviewed over the phone with a company engineer. Very easy going. Was asked about simple engineering questions and what if scenarios related to design applications. Had a hr phone screen after initial interview.
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jan 2025
