Interview
It was easy and funny. Very straightforward. A recruiter contacted me and explained the entire process upfront. Then she directed me to the exact place and time for the interview of one on one. The first interview was with the manager which the position would report to. The second and the third ones had HR Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Country Manager. They asked about past experiences especially the last one and they associated those experiences with the job opportunity.

Interview
Interview process is direct. You are asked questions about the role and the company. If you prepare well and know what you are doing, you are good to go. After the first level interview, if you pass, you recieve a call and a mail communicating this and compensation conversation will be had.
Smooth process, recruiter was very helpful and explained the job details. Got a good idea of what I would be doing in the role and the company seemed interesting. I met with two different people in person and also had a phone interview.
