I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
I had an on campus interview with Cummins for a summer internship position. The interview started with typical behavioral questions, tell me about yourself, what is your strength, what is your weakness, tell me about a time that you solved a problem, tell me a bout a time that you used a new technology, etc. Then I was asked some technical questions. Pretty routine stuff about my research.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins (University Park, PA) in Oct 2020
Interview
I received an email after applying. Then I scheduled an interview that was held over Zoom. It was 2 engineers interviewing me. They tried to keep the atmosphere somewhat laid back, but asked questions about some sensitive topics.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cummins in Feb 2019
Interview
The first round of interview was pretty standard. They reached out through email and called me and other candidates to a conference room on my campus. They ran us through some basics about the roles they had available and then proceeded to interview us one by one.
