The interview was a two-fold telephonic interview which was more focused towards technical aspects of the Engine. The second interview, after the technical section, highlighted the job responsibilities and other details pertaining to human resources.

The questions pertained to Engine Thermodynamics, Vibrations, Test Standards etc
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students

Interview
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
