Got a phone interview through SWE conference. The first round was a HR interview. In about 2 weeks I got a reply from them for a second interview which was a functional interview. They said they will contact me in about 2-4 weeks. I am still waiting for their reply, its been about 2 weeks now.

Asks practical questions about the role first then goes into skill based and STAR-style questions.

Interview mainly centered around past work experience and college experience. Questions were asked to judge character and check for fit within the company. Interviewer was pleasant and was not intimidating at all.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I sometimes get nervous over phone interviewers since there's no face-to-face interaction; however, it was no difficulty. The first phone call was for behavioral and then the second was for the technical questions. Just make sure you understand the basic design process
