It was a pretty simple process. Assessment centre and interview went hand in hand. Very encouraging when it came to completing tasks and during interview they were very helpful when it came to answering questions and/or explaining them if misunderstood

The process involves no prior internet / video interviews.
If you get through to the assessment centre, you’re asked to prepare a presentation on a topic of their choosing. You also have to participate in team exercises during the day.

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews: telephone and face to face. Both were straight forward competency questions as well as your intentions of joining the company. Pretty straightforward process.
