Interviews were being held at my university so I requested an interview and scheduled a face-to-face with the recruiter. Sat down through behavioral interview and scheduled a time to do a technical interview over the phone. Received an offer a couple weeks later. I was looking for a different type of position so they sent me another offer that I accepted. Was sent information regarding background check and drug test before employment.

2 or 3 basic engineering questions...if you're a firefighter putting out a fire with a hose connected from a hydrant to a pump on the truck to the hose end spraying the fire, how can you get the most water spraying on the fire?
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

Interview
It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
