Interview
It was held in a break-out room at their Fridley location. I sat with 3 managers. Most of of the questions were process was personality. They wanted to make sure I would be a good fit. They did ask a few, pretty easy, technical questions to see how I processed information.

Mostly personality, but they did ask some technical questions like how does a generator make and convert power to electricity, nothing too difficult
Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.

They asked questions that reflect your personal attributes. So just answer them honestly and you should do fine in the interview. Don't be afraid to talk about your prior experiences and just tell a story.

Phone interview with project engineer. Conversation began with interviewer telling me a bit about their work. Followed by a series of 6 questions that were meant to see how you would respond to certain situations.
