The process was very professional and smooth. I first talked with Cummins at the NSBE 48, where I talked with an engineer their that had couple of years in the company. General first interview question talking about yourself, what part of Cummins you are interested in. Try to leave a great first impression, most importantly. The hiring team Contacted me immediately after to schedule an interview 2 days after. the interview was with a very high ranked engineer with 20+ years of experience. The interview was very structured with over 5 questions that are all in STAR method. DON'T get discouraged if they ask you to explain yourself a bit more as they will right down your answer as clear as possible. That's a GOOD thing. After the interview, I was reached out by the HR team that they were trying to find a fit for me. The process took around 1.5 months but they were very responsive through out the process. Overall, Cummins was one of the best interview process that I have experienced thus far. 5/5 STARS
