Cummins came to my career fair and I connected with them there. The following week they came back on campus and held an interview with me consisting of all behavioral based questions. Then two weeks later I traveled to Columbus, IN for my final interview and tours of facility. The interview there had some behavioral and some technical questions.

I went through a HR consultant. Online inverview was scheduled in 2 days. Got a selection call within an hour. However, the joining process was lengthy and took a month and a half.

Not a bad process. Met with me on my campus and did a fairly simple behavioral interview. Interview as a whole took about a half hour, they were interviewing lots of people. First round of two total.
