I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through college, had three rounds of interviews. Two behavioral, one technical. The behavioral rounds were generic situational based questions while the technical round was specific to the role. Great overall experience
Easy questions, basic stuff like 'Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here?' The interviewer was friendly and gave time for me to ask plenty of questions at the end.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins (Mineral Point, WI) in Apr 2023
Interview
2 rounds; Both situational. Questions 1. Tell me about a time you used data to solve a problem 2. Tell me about a time you developed a solution from nothing
Started with Introduce yourself
Then the interviewer asked to Explain about your BTech project. Then asked some questions related to it.
How do you see yourself in cummins?
Are you willing to relocate?
