Interview
A comprehensive 1 hour on-campus behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview on phone. The questions were straightforward, like "Tell us about yourself" , " Where do you see yourself in 5 years", etc.
The employer asked about previous experiences and research work during phone interview. My research was similar to the job position, so not many technical questions were asked.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
