Interview is multi round,HR was pathetic and uselss. Hiring manager talked more about cummins than the job .However, the profile was well documented. It lasted for 3 rounds. HR first then Hiring department then again HR. Followed up for 1 month and then gave the job offer .
It was two telephonic interviews, done over a 3 week period. The first interview was mostly personality based, while the second was more technical. I heard back from the company about 4 weeks after the second interview on whether they were moving forward with my candidacy.

I had a 5 hour interview on the same day without any breaks. Met multiple stakeholders who were very nice. Candidate cate was poor due to the length of the interview.
