Interview
First round of phone interview was HR. Questions about how I would resolve a team conflict, what has been my most memorable contribution as a team member.
Second round was technical and over phone. Questions were from my resume- about the projects I had worked on in college.

Be sure to have strong technical answers to whatever you have written in your resume.
Interview process is typical of employers within the industry. It involved 2 separate interviews, one 30 min meeting with a recruiter and another longer 1 hour meeting with the team leader.
Relatively simple. Talked about my experience and various scenarios that may come up in real life. Be through with the basics of controls theory and your projects and you should have a good chance of acing the interview
