Cummins interview questions

Applied online and passed the initial assessment. I then had a 15-minute phone interview covering general questions such as my soft skills and challenges I had overcome during my course. At the end of the call, I was invited to attend an in-person assessment day. The assessment day included around 15 candidates and involved one-to-one interviews, a group task, and a site tour. There was also an opportunity to speak with employees, which was useful for gaining insight into the company. We were also asked to prepare a presentation on any topic we wanted that was non-finance related. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the process didn’t feel like it was designed to catch candidates out. However, it wasn’t made clear in advance that there was an additional stage after the assessment day. The response time was around a week, and no feedback was provided.
