Why do you think Cummings is the right place for you?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process took 4 months from the time I applied to the job to being informed they’ve selected another candidate. There was little to no communication during the process. There would be weeks in between any communication then they would expect me to drop everything to attend an interview. The questions in the interview were generic and felt like they were read off a script. Even after all of this, the feedback I received during the interviews were positive. Even being called the “ideal candidate”. The only reason I even found out I wasn’t selected was because I reached out to them after a month of silence.

I found it surprising that they ask you to front the cost of the hotel stay, when flying in for an interview. I interviewed over 2 months ago and still haven't been reimbursed!
