Interview
When I walk in no one spoke, I said good afternoon everyone I’m here to see “so and so” one person said have a set outside. I arrived to the interview 5 minutes early she came and got me 10 minutes later. Applied for property manager, they offered me a leasing agent position.
Hiring Manager was very personable making it easy to speak with during the interview.Ask very standard questions on video interview. I’m looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Initial Video Interview that gets a grasp of your experience and knowledge of property management and general landlord/tenant tasks and operations. They ask generic enough stuff like what software you use, where do you see yourself in 5 years, questions about your experience, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was a phone interview for the first round. General resume questions. Didn't sense any excitement from the interviewer, almost just completing a task for them. Not a great experience.
