First interview is with a recruiter to get a feel of general skills and experience and make sure it is related to the job.
Second interview is with the area director and Program manger to fine tune specific job related experience and skill set.
Third interview is with the Director and Senior project manager to see if it is a good fit.

15min phone call where the recruiter came 20min late. Basic questions around my background. As an old worker in the company (for the same position) the recruiter was not inform about the ERP system the company use. Also the recruiter did not get in touch with my refference inside the company. After 2 weeks the feedback was an automatic email considering not continue with my application.
