I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cushman & Wakefield (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
I had a phone screening with the reciter that reached out to me via LinkedIn. Then went on to have an interview with the Operations Managers. And then an interview with the three Associate Brokers. The interviews went well and they ask questions like what will you bring to the team, etc. I haven't heard back from the Recruiter, reached and they got back to me a week later saying they are going in a different direction. I totally understand. Then another week later, the recruiter reached with another position at location too far for me to commute to.

Interview
A different HR person from the other side of the country phone screens you for each individual application. They really just care to see if you’re within the salary range they want to pay. If you ask too much, you’ll get multiple rejection emails from multiple positions you’ve applied to. Zero negotiation ability if you don’t want their high deductible medical benefits. It appears that Cushman & Wakefield doesn’t care if you’re competent or talented.
