I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Custom Ink in Sep 2014
Interview
Applied for position online, two days later received an email to do an interview through an app on my phone using my camera. Was then setup with a phone interview, asked a bunch of broad general interview questions all about my past job. None of the questions seemed particular to this position. When interview was concluded I was told the next step would be in an person interview setup in the next couple days, and if I had any questions between then to email the recruiter, but I should hear something regardless.
This was the last time I heard from the recruiter, I emailed two days later because I had questions regarding the position my email was unanswered. I then followed up a week later as I have not heard anything and the start date the recruiter told me the company was looking at was approaching. That email also did not receive a response. It is now days after this start date and I have not had any contact with the recruiter. I assume I will not and did not get the position.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to go to great lengths for a customer?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Custom Ink (Reno, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
I went through 3 interviews. I had to post a video, do a phone interview and then an in person interview, which takes about 3 hours. They test your computer skills and actively judge your personality in reference to the companies core values. It was a friendly, engaging process. If you do the phone interview you have to download this app and it give you two chances to record your answers so if possible take the first one as a mock-run and then really focus on the second recording of your answer for each question. Pay attention to detail. A lot of the questions they will ask are sort of hidden in the reading you will have to do and relate to each layer of the interview.

A very long interview process, but you get to see the job for what it is first hand. Everyone is friendly and laid back. Seems like a good company to work for. No negative review here.

Then they asked some questions and continued discussing benefits and how the overall company operates. Then I took a test that asked me to design a couple of shirts based on some prompts, asked to do some math to prove basic skills, and asked to write an email or two so they could determine writing abilities.
