Applied online and was emailed and set up with a phone screening/ interview within a few days; immediately after the phone screening (30 minutes with a representative discussing customer service and experiences and learning more about the company) was asked to set up an interview within the next week
Interviewed within the next few days -- took three hours! first was a tour of the facility and overview of the company process; then did a skills test which included a math worksheet with no calculator of basic algebra and an email response as if you were a rep, then proceeded to the 1:1 interview to discuss more about yourself, what you could offer, a lot of situation questions such as, describe a time when you had a difficult customer, etc. After the 1-1 interview -- proceeded to shadow an actual rep for 10 (watch them do orders) or so minutes and do another skills test (mock customer call)
Turnaround was a week to find out which was via email
