Interviewing to become a teacher involves student teaching. If you are a first year teacher, you must become certified and that process is long and difficult. If you teach subjects other than math or science, you better be absolutely perfect.

Went through 3 rounds - seemed appropriate for the role and had different stakeholders. District, Content, and campus level was included. 1st was clearly a screening interview, then had much longer interviews with content coordinator and then the campus principal.

Asked about classroom management, and content specific pedagogy.
Very thorough but quick. Typical interview questions were asked for a classroom teacher. Interviewed during a job fair called back to campus for 2nd interview. Received a call from the campus principal the next day to make an offer.

Classroom scenario questions, they want you to use the star method for sure. They want to see how your personality is and how well you work with others. They are also big on inclusion
