Interview
The interview process was simple with an application that is very similar to other school districts. The actual interview was about thirty minutes with a small group of teachers and administrators asking questions about my philosophy of teaching and how I would handle certain situations.

Went through 3 rounds - seemed appropriate for the role and had different stakeholders. District, Content, and campus level was included. 1st was clearly a screening interview, then had much longer interviews with content coordinator and then the campus principal.

Asked about classroom management, and content specific pedagogy.
Very thorough but quick. Typical interview questions were asked for a classroom teacher. Interviewed during a job fair called back to campus for 2nd interview. Received a call from the campus principal the next day to make an offer.

How would you teach a student struggling with fractions.
Classroom scenario questions, they want you to use the star method for sure. They want to see how your personality is and how well you work with others. They are also big on inclusion
