Everything was conducted online other than training and going in to receive your documentation and identification. The process itself can take anywhere form a week up to a few month depending on how quickly HR processes your application as well as how long it take for your background and finger printing.

Asynchronous online, record a video of you answering a couple of questions. You are given the question, a couple of minutes to formulate your response, and then record your answer. Then submit your response to a written prompt in which you have 10 minutes to complete your submission.
