The interviews will be different from principal to principal. I went on three, and each were different. One asked me a laundry list of questions. One was very casual and informal, and one had a panel.

Applied online. Received call within 3 weeks. Had a 1:1 interview with principal and then a group interview with Special education team. They wanted to make sure you would be able to handle the type of kids behaviors that are in Lifeskills.
