First call to schedule a phone assessment. Second call for the assessment. Third call the offer call. My interview was entirely telephonic; they did not ask me for an in-person interview. I have applied for this position about five months ago, and at that time I have received an email saying the position if full. Now, out-of-blue I got their call a couple of day ago. They told me the applications are active for six months.
Interview is easy if you are fluent in both languages. Basically they will ask you to babble for one minutes in six different topics (three in each language), then ask you to interpret a conversation between two people, and ask 20 word meanings randomly some in your language and some in English. If you hear in english you translate to your language and Vice versa. Basically, be ready to switch back and forth immediately as the word meanings will be asked randomly.
