Very smooth and fast. The interviewer was also very transparent with their feedback. I was endorsed to the hiring manager within the same day I had my initial interview with the recruiter. They mainly focused on my experience. I also appreciated how they described the role and consistently asks me if I would be okay or comfortable with the role requirements.
