As a temp, I had to go through an interview with the company (as well as a drug / and TSA background check). It's likely I'll have to do so again if offered a position (permanent) position. I sat in a meeting room with a supervisor and two other employees (either senior employees to a sub-team or supervisors themselves), who asked questions of me.
With that said, this process focuses on problem solving, prioritizing, and work quality (as well as reading a LOT of emails)! If you've done these things before (mentioned in the last sentence) well, you should be a shoe-in. They do particularly look for experience (preferably in management)
