DC Public Schools interview questions

I have interviewed for a few coordinator/specialist positions and have done over 8 different tasks and countless interviews but I have not once been provided a courtesy email after all that from the hiring manager and the team I have interviewed l letting me know they went with someone else. We are all adults here please provide that courtesy. I personally spent a lot of time and energy completing the tasks and completing multiple interviews ( while working a full time job), I get it sometimes people do not fit, doesn’t mean they do not deserve a “thank you for your time but we have decided to go with someone that fit the role better”. Besides that seems like it is a really difficult place to get hired. In regards to the interview itself, everyone has been really nice and the interview process itself was not difficult. Time space can be a few weeks. Competed phone interview, tasks, and group interview.

The interviewer was thorough. They asked the typical interview questions. There were no surprise questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left the interview process with a good feeling.
