DHL Express Field Service Supervisor interview questions

Was called by HR representative for a phone interview and asked me basic scenario questions. Then the HR representative said I made it to the next process which was filling out a prescreen sheet that ask more in-depth questions about your experience and what you have accomplished at your current and past jobs. Then it was phone interview by the station manager which went well. Then HR called so I can authorize a background and drug test. I finally went in for a in-person interview and was offered the position on the spot.

Posted to JobsInLogistics.com and was called within a couple of days by 3rd party firm. Did a phone interview shortly thereafter and received a call for an in-person interview, saw several different people. Came back for a test run and was offered the position. I felt like the interview phase lasted forever and I wanted to either get the position or be rejected. It felt like I interviewed with every boss, but I was glad to get to know them and get the job.
