I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Cincinnati, OH) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was in 2 stages. The first stage was to meet with the hardlines manager, who was in charge of the section I applied for. The second stage was to meet with the store manager for a secondary interview. If we were liked by the store manager then we had to take behavior tests online to pre-test our behaviors.
I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Torrance, CA)
Interview
Short and Easy. Asked about availability, golf experience such as handicap, clubs, and how much I play. It was a part-time job so I didn't stress too much. It's true that I love and play golf so answers were coming from the heart and interview was more enjoyable than other places.

Interview

Overall, the few questions took less than 15 minutes for both parts of the interview. One with another employee, then the next with at least an assistant manager, and the department leader on site.
