The whole process was like any other job interview. There were two interviews, both on separate days. They asked questions that were mostly three parts. Situation, Action, and Outcome. In the first interview, they also have you take a survey on the computer, and they’ll tell you right away if you passed or failed.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Interview process was very simple, asked about 7-10 questions. Highly focused on customer service. Asked questions such as "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" "Give an example of overcoming a hardship."

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
