      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Wonderful candidate experience, and paid attention to the details. They were thorough but not repetitive with their questions. The recruiter was very thoughtful and kept me informed during the process.

      Interview

The process was highly streamlined with a single point of contact within the Executive Search team. Solid information upfront and interviews scheduled with mutual convenience in mind. Travel very organized as well as itineraries. Honestly, just great communication end to end. Interviewers were professional and questions were thoughtful, not standard out of the box interview questions. Sense of very positive culture throughout the process.

      Interview

I spend thousands of dollars a year at Dick’s. I sent a LinkedIn message to a recruiter who to no surprise couldn’t be bothered to reply to me and let me know I wasn’t a fit. You are a retail establishment and all of your job applicants are customers. Would you ignore your customers in a store if they asked you a question?
