I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods
Interview

There weren't really any difficult or unexpected questions. They just wanted to get to know you as a candidate and delve into your experiences a bit to see if you'd be a good fit for the company.
First I had two behavioral interviews which were pretty generic questions and the people were very nice. After passing those, I had one technical interview with multiple employees before receiving an offer
Talked to a recruiter at a career fair, then scheduled two 30 min video interviews with two engineers. Some easy technical questions mixed with mostly personal questions. No screen sharing or coding or anything. Then got an offer by email like 2-3ish weeks later.
