Interview
Online assessment was straight forward and compared to others I’ve seen. Phone interview with the recruiter lasted approximately an hour and was straight forward situational questions. The interview with the district manager was comfortable however didn’t follow situational question format. After the in person interview told that the recruiter would reach back out. The recruiter has not reached out nor responded to email follow-up.

Interview
Interviewed with Store Manager, District Manager, Company Recruiter, Regional HR, Regional LP, and Regional VP of operations. Store Manager asked about experience with running a store, District manager asked questions about people and past experiences developing people. Recruiter asked questions about why I left my other job. Regional LP asked questions about experience with LP. Regional VP Operations walked store and talked about people, customers, product and overall operations.

Interview
The process took 8 weeks with an interview with the Corporate Recruiter, then a face to face with the DSM with a store walk through. Two more phone interviews with the Regional HR and LP Managers, and finally was flown to meet with the RVP.
