Phone screening, Assistant Manager Interview, and then finally Store Manager Interview. Very easy and straightforward.

Nothing. Seriously, why do you like sports? Retail experience? What have you played? Can you work weekends, nights, and never ask off during the holidays? If you agree to work for near nothing, work when they need you, then you have the job.

Call for a face to face interview, asked about ten questions was hired on the spot and starting working that day. Very friendly manager and was excited about sports. He walked me around the store to describe what each department was and introduced me to the leads and other managers
